If a customer is not satisfied with an unused item purchased, we can only refund or exchange a product if we receive it back within 14 days of receipt in its original packaging & in re-saleable condition. Please contact brianspangwoodworks@gmail.com and we will work to resolve the issue. Once your return is received & inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your return & that the refund has either been approved or rejected. If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days. Please allow at least 10 business days for the credit to show on your bank statement.
